why am I always tired and unmotovated?

I have had a sleep study performed, had blood tests and also had my lymph nodes checked. All seem to be fine. I excersize regularly and get about 7 hrs sleep a night.

i'm not a specialist in mental illnesses, but from my own experience, it sounds like you may be dealing with clinical depression. please make an appt. to see a psychiatrist to discuss your symptoms/feelings/emotions/fru.
fears/worries, etc. after listening to all you have to say, s/he can make the diagnosis re: depression.
depression is a hideous illness. society doesn't give too much sympathy to a person w/a mental illness. nevertheless, it's real and it's painful. other symptoms of depression that i've encountered are: very low slef-esteem, feeling of losing control, being hesitant to socialize, losing interest in things that usually bring enjoyment, incessant worry, negative thoughts and ideation about suicide, etc. what a miserable life depressed people are forced to live.
there is hope though. there are many types of anti-depressants that can be prescribed that SLOWLY lift that veil of sadness, despair, and lack of motivation. depression results when a chemicalimbalance occurs in the brain. anti-depressions serve to stabilize that imbalance; returning the patient to LIFE and LIVING again.
please don't suffer any longer. via your personal physician or on your own, make an appt. to see a psychiatrist. it's a dificult step, but well worth taking. also you will need to feel comfortable w/your psychiatrist. if s/he tells you something that you know is totally absurb, find anothr doctor.
again, from experience, i saw my first psychiatrist after dealing w/depression for six months. no lie, he spoke with me for 2 minutes top, then recommended that i be admitted to the psych ward immediately. i didn't accept his advice, left his office, made an appt. to see another psychiatrist, and the rest is history. my second psychiatrist assured me there was NO reason for me to be in a psych ward. he prescribed an anti-depressant (zoloft), met with me 2x's a wk., and within 6-8 wks i could feel a gradual
lifting of the veil that had tortured me for months.
i know i'm rambling, but i feel sorry for you and want you to know there is help available. you DON'T have to live the way you describe your life.
Best of luck, friend. I wish you a speedy recovery from this horrendous experience.
