Id love a sixpack so much what exercises do you suggest i use to acheive 1?

there is this great exersise thing called a bean i know i know just hype but ive had one for only a year and i got a six pack...
for great exersises it really dependes on ur body and what kind of food u eat consualt a professinal body builder but for just good resualts at ur home try an exersise bike really fast for 10 minutes then do 150 sit ups the 200 jump and jacks then rest for an hour or two and repeat
run down to the local beer store and buy one

just work out like 2 times a day one in the morngin and one at night for like 20 min

crunches & leg lifts & lots of streching...of course during the commercials during your favorite program...
sit ups work well, but I do crunches which dont take very long to do, and it can easily build your abs. or if your lazy, there is a product that you attach to your waste and turn it on, and it will send electrical impulses to your abs, and actually give them a great workout, and you dont have to do anything

there is no exercise to get it
its all in the diet
just burn more calories than you take

u don't even have to do abs workout
i'll give u a rule for calorie intake
there is a formula:
your weight in pounds X 15 = the amount calroies needed to maintain your weight
add 500 cals to that if u wana gain weight
subtract 500 cals to lose fat
if u are 200 pounds then
200 X 15 = 3000 cals to maintain weight
to lose weight 3000-500= 2500 a day
to gain weight 3000+500=3500 a day
