at 16 and without a girlfriend, you should be gunning for 7-8 times a day. the only bad thing could be if you cant do it for a couple of days, you may get crabby (and full).
In my opinion, and I am not a doctor, is that if you come quickly, you are conditioning yourself to become a premature ejaculator. I believe anyone who masturbates 4-5 times a day can't be spending too much time doing it but just wants a quick release, right?
