Ok, don't wrap yourself in plastic or start downing laxatives like a champ. All this will do is dehydrate you. Make sure you're eating right. Cut out the diet soda too. Stick to water. It's the liquid of life. Walking at a brisk pace is better than running if you want to loose fat. The crunches and push ups are good, but will not show fast results. It sounds like you're on the right path, maybe you should increase your workouts to 4-5 days a week. I wish you the best.
kick it up a notch. try other excersice and maybe 4-5 days a week. maybe u r eating more then you r burning
it is very simple eat things without carbohydrates for 5 days
things to eat (meat fish egg) n not to eat (bread chese bund ) youl be losing fat in no time

You should stay the course, 3 weeks is still just a start. Try wrapping plastic wrap or plastic bags around your belly. They help you to sweat which helps burn the fat faster.

Continue the course you are on. you will see reults but they will be slow in showing .
You might want to start adding extra miles, and give up Soda all together. Even the diet stuff. Try checking for Constipation. When is the last time you went to take a Dump?
Modern medical theory has it that you should have a bowel movement at least twice a day, if you eat twice a day. If not this could lead to conditions called IBS ( Irritable Bowel Syndrome) or LGS (Leaky Gutt Syndrome) which can allow Toxins called Plaque that have built up in the Colon over the period of your whole life.
It is recommend that you do a colon cleansing at least once a year .
As the plaque is diminished your natural Immune defense system will pick up the task.. If you are over the age of 40 then you might want to do a colon cleanse twice a year.
If money is tight then you can use a Laxative that is sold over the counter called Mag. Citrate. It is inexpensive and quite effective. You can find a Plethora of other Colon Cleansers at your local Health food store, or online through your favorite Search Engine.
Stop drinking the diet sodas and drink juice or water instead. Eat less red meat, sweets, and carbs (bread, pasta, and potatoes), and eat more chicken(baked instead of fried), fish(also baked instead of fried), and vegetables. Eat salads for supper instead of a regular meal, and make sure you eat your supper two or three hours before bedtime. Or you could even eat breakfast and lunch and NOT eat supper if you're not active outside of work - other than your workouts.

I was with josey until the plastic wrap...lol...But any way you can not localize where you lose weight.Your body decides where to put the fat and it decides where to take it from.The best thing for you to do is find out your minimum calorie intake for resting state.In other words how many calories would it take for you to survive if you did nothing but set on your ***.There are several websites that will figure this for you.Then just fall under that and bingo in a few months you will be a slimmer,healthier,and more importantly a sexier you...good luck
