Do you prefer girls who make the first move or do you prefer girls who wait for you and why?

both is fine.. but prior to me making the first move. I want some indication from her that she won't mind. I don't like the idea of being arrested on attempted rape charges

Id rather it both ways, Because then its more.. Fun.
Guys should make the first move. This is realistic. A women should respect her partner.
