Eat healthy and exercise. Drink lots of water. Try not to eat refined foods (white flour, white rice, sugar, etc.).
Also, your body needs at least 1200 calories a day just to perform it's functions. Women should eat around 1500 calories a day and men 1800, if they are trying to lose weight. Doing so you can lose around 2 lbs. a week.
A lot of exercise and not to follow a fad diet but eating everything with moderation.
