If you both are HIV negative and aren't having sex with other people (or doing anything that would transfer infected fluid, like IV drug users) you can't contract HIV.. Ever.

IF He (oh your girlfriend.. wink wink) sHE has aids or hiv then you can get it but if the other person is clean then you have nothing to worry about. It would be no different then having regular intercourse with someone your chances are pretty much the same.
not unless you have it or she has it.are you using protection?most people think a condom is used for not becoming pregnant but when condoms were invented they were used for the protection of STDs and now aids and hiv. besides you can transmit too many bacteria from unprotected sex like your having.

Only if she is HIV positive, but there are definate health risks for her and possibly even death if the two of you were to puncture her bowels by accident. Becareful and safe. Then only way not to contract the disease is through abstinence, but face it that is hard for any of us, before you have sex with someone you should both be tested for all std's. Did you know that 1 in 4 women have herpes and 1 in 5 males do AND they don't know it because they don't have symptoms but they can pass it on any way something to think about huh?

Yes, any contact with body fluids, or the blood of a HIV person can be contagious. Even one exposure can give you aids. Time for you both to get tested, and do protected sex. The danger in that kind of sex is bleeding, anal tissue is delicate, and can tear, or lacerate easily,and friction can rub a sore spot that can bleed, and some one with hemorrhoids can bleed easily.

If she was a virgin when you first had sex with her. She has never had another partner and you have never had anohter partner, any kind of sex. Then the chances of contracting HIV is low, but not unheard of. If you like to put her thru this type of act then have enought decencey to wear a condom. Other deceases can arise from preforming anal sex also. But HIV is the worst of course. You both have to understand that if you have had other partners in the past no telling where they have been or what they have used, Both of you are or can be at risk for HIV. To be sure, get tested for about two years six months between tests. As HIV virus can lay dormant for up to 7 years.
