No, sex in a standing body of water is not healthy because it can force water into the vagina. Sex in a shower is fine=)

I think sex in the shower would be better but keep in mind condoms are not waterproof so be careful if you do.
The vaginal area can become irritated much quicker because the natural lubricant is washed away. BUT there are waterproof lubricants available now that help greatly.
The only other problem I could imagine is a slip and fall, so just be careful.

No because when you get in the bathtub and she gets in the bathtub germs are released and the germs can get sucked up into the urethra as the muscles in the "parts" contract. I wouldnt recommend it.
