It's either one or two things. You were born with a bent nose or your nose has been broken at some point in your life. This can cause sinus trouble but can be treated with surgery. I had the surgery a little over a year ago and it has helped me a lot but I still need a second one due to the sever cases I had between the broken nose and messed up sinus's.
