I drink Redbull all the time and I never got an erection from it. Redbull is simply a drink with a lot of caffeine, so your erections shouldn't be coming from it.
I noticed that some people thing that Redbull is a "before sex" drink due to some of its' commercials, so you might subconsciously be thinking of the commercials and getting a "hard on". =P
