Answers:
For headache on the forehead or temples, stimulate a pressure point with finger or eraser of pencil. The point is on the wrist where pulse is taken, but just a little higher toward the elbow.
If entire forehead aches, stimulate the points on both wrists, if only one side hurts like the right side, stimulate point on opposite wrist (like on the left wrist -- or vice versa).
For headache on nape of neck and back of head, the effective point is on the little finger side of the hand. Half bend your hand and the point is at the "head line" crease, the bone on side of hand, you will feel slight pain when you press on the spot, stimulate that point. Again, stimulate right hand if your pain is on the left, vice versa, or both for all over.
This actually works because I tried it yesterday. Got book from the library. May actually buy this one. Half.com has for 75 cents plus shipping

yes. firmly pinch the skin and muscles between the index finger and thumb of your left or right hand. It really works.
I read that if you drink gatorade right away it will go away. But I usually drink peppermint tea, if its not to bad. I also have a chair massager, that helps too!
Apparently headaches can be a sign of dehydration - try drinking some water.

Bring your thumb, index finger, and middle finger tips together. Place them at the base of your skull and press gently for ten seconds while inhaling. Release and gently exhale.
Do this three times in succession.
Actually there is one very simple thing to do, and I find that it is most helpful. This you can take it from a Migrane Headache sufferer.
It doesn't matter when in the course of the day that you get it, but what I do, and I find it helps a lot is to take a shower, and have the water hit the back of my head. At the very least, what will give you some relieve is if you give yourself some cold compresses, and to place it on your forehead. Another thing that also seems to help is if you were to take a sugar cube and to place it under your tongue.
