How can i align my shoulders so that they are level with one another?

i think what im probably asking is how to treat a minor case of skulliosis. im pretty sure thats the cause.

Answers:
It's scoliosis, and it's not something you can correct yourself. You need the treatment by an orthopedist. The sooner, the better; it's best treated while you are still growing

Do you have a regular physician? Your pediatrician should've caught this condition, if it's "major." Could it be something else?

In any case, definitely see a doctor (not a chiropractor).
Hi,

Go and see a chiropractor. They will manipulate your spine and line you up quickly. No problem.

You cannot resolve this problem on your own.

Hope this helps

Julie
you have to see a doctor. if its serious you may need corrective surgery, which is what i had. however if its just a minor curve, they usually leave it alone and it will straighten out on its own depending how old you are.
Don't see a medical Doctor go see a chiropractor. People might say "if go see a chiro u will have to go your whole life!" Its a lie. The MD will just give you some meds or something temporary to fix it. A chiropractor will be the only own to fix you and it might take a couple weeks but you will feel so much better and you will save your back and hips in the long run
