I am short?
Hi, I just turned 16 years old and I am 5'4". My mom is 5'0" and my dad is 5'7". Is there any chance that I will get any taller.

At 5' 4" U r not very short. Short or tall is comparative to another.U have no chance of growing much taller.There r many more people who r much shorter.So get comfort with that feeling and live ur life happily.Good luck to U.

Young men often grow until they are 18.
Girls on the other hand will not get any taller after 1 year of puberty.
Other question that play into it:
Are your parents taller than there parents? If so you may have a chance to get taller too.
Are your Parents, Grandparents, or GreatGrandparents from another Country? There is a genetic arc that children of immegrants fall under. That each generation for 3-4 generations gets taller a little by little until the maximum potential is reached.
In my family my Great Grandmother from Finland was 4'8, My Grandmother is 5'2", My Mother is 5'6 and I am 5'8" - A whole foot taller than my Great Grandmother.

Well a bit but im da same age as you and lodza lads in my year are bout da same youll proberbly grow like f**k all of a sudden this year r next. Its no harm to b too small either(trust me, being tall)
Yes! Check out your grandparents. Any aunts or uncles? What is the tallest known relative that you have,(dead or alive)? You have a great chance to be at least as tall as your dad. Hang in there, stud!

Try doing more exercises, such as playing basketball, swimming, etc. It's okay to be short even you can't grow taller. Not a big deal.
