no kids keep you young ,and grandkids keep you young at heart
They age you cos you get no sleep but they keep you young with their never ending energy which you are forced to keep up with - kids are great!

Nope. Actually having kids and especially breast feeding them can prevent breast cancer in women. And people who have families that visit and take an active part in their daily lives do much better (live longer, healthier,happier lives). Some research I've seen shows that pets have a similar affect especially in the elderly.
If you do have kids, life just seems longer.
