It is a classic sports myth.

If you masterbate a lot, it does affect your stamina but if you have a team event, I would hope that you did not masturbate JUST before competing otherwise it might affect your stamina a little.. not much.. Where stamina comes into play is when you masturbate 3 or more times a day.. day in and day out.
If you feel so weak after bringing yourself to orgasm, then I would suggest that you not do it close to a meet. Do not do it during the day, but at night, so you can sleep and feel refreshed during the day. If orgasm really drains you, do not masturbate the night before a meet.

No masturbation is not the problem. You need to be checked out by a doctor there is some other cause for your weakness. Masturbation is okay and does not cause muscle weakness. It just relaxes you for a short time.
