from what i hear it itches pretty bad, what i would do is just trim the hairs. That way you don't have to worry about them getting caught, and you don't have to deal with all of the itching. Good luck!
if you shave it you will have more problems then pulling a hair out every now and then! you could get an infected hair follicle as it grows back, it is itchy, and it feels really prickly so if you happy with ur dong being prickled by ur balls then perhaps shaving is for u ;) if not i'd just leave it!

well, you can do one of three things:
a) get used to the hairs being pulled
b) shave off the hair
c) go commando (don't wear underwear)
or any combination of those three.
Personally I like the last two; feels great being shaved down there and the lack of underwear allows everythign to dangle free. But you need to try them all and see what works for you.
As for shaving, electric razors are NOT recommended for that region. So you need a good twin or triple blade razor. Just trim away with scissors to get the hair down to a more shavable length then lather up and gently, very gently slide the razor over the area while you stretch out the loose bits. And do not try to ge tit clean on the first try. Just give it a good once over then wait for a day and repeat. After 2 to 4 shaves down there all will be nice and smooth and the irritation will be pretty minimal. And unless you have pretty thick, coarse, fast-growing hair, the itch factor is negligible as long as you keep the region shaved.
