I hate to say it, but I really don't think there is anything you can do to grow taller..I was always tall until about 13 then everyone else started to grow and I stopped. Just how genetic's works.

You can't grow any taller. Even if you can, at most 1 to 2 inches, which is already a miracle. Theoretically guys can grow until 25, but for most people, that's a total crap. I don't mean to disappoint you. I have been experimenting with height and growth with every possible ways you can imagine since 11. This includes different forms of exercise, diet, psychology, sleep etc. Now I am 19.
My conclusion is genetics rules. It's not about how much you exercise or eat, because your DNA determines how much you accept. You can drink plenty of milk and your body refuse to accept the calcium. Same with calcium supplement or any medications. Matters get even worst when your body is not good at burning all the calories intake from milk. Exercise works a little when you are still in puberty. There is one misconception: People who plays basketball grows tall. In fact, the correct version is: People who grows tall play basketball. I have been playing basketball for years but now no more. As others grow taller, those who do not will be slowly left out and stop playing the game due to incompetency. That's why you'll find most players are tall.
Last but not least, if there is a duration of 1 or more years you have stopped growing, that's the end of it. No more growth. And please beware that you can shrink as well due to compression of bone cells after you stop growing. Usually few cms shorter than your maximum height obtained.
