It might be a sexual disorder. You should go to the doctor and get checked out. One of the most common STD's (Sexually Transmitted Disorder), is trickanosis.

As strange a question as this may sound, what color was the blood? Different colors can indicate different sources of the bleed. Was it just on the toilet paper or could you actually see the blood in the stool?
Rectal bleeding that's a darker color usually indicated a GI bleed or any sort of intestinal bleed. If it's red and only appears on the toilet paper, it could just be a fissure (a small tear). Blood in urine usually indicates a kidney infection.
They could have been caused by a traumatic injury. Were you involved in any sort of accident today?
Whatever the problem is, you need to go to an emergency room to have it checked out. It could be nothing, but if it's something serious, you need it taken care of. Call 911 or have a friend drive you.
If you feel dizzy, nauseous, very thirsty, or weak, you could be experiencing symptoms of shock from blood loss and you need to call 911 immediately.
This isn't something that can wait until morning when you see your doctor. Go to the hospital tonight.
