How do I get good arms, abs and chest with just light dumbbells or no equipment at al?

You do not NEED extra weights to get good arms legs etc. Use your body as your weight. Some examples: the military does not use weights take a look at those guys. If you ever heard of Herschel Walker a great running back. He did not use weights till late in college and he has an incredible body. So what does it take? Push ups, how about as many as you can. 3 time in a row, 3 times per day. Squats, lunges, sit-ups, step ups, push-ups when your legs are lifted higher etc etc. Up-downs etc. There is an entire list of things you can do not needing weights to get rock hard and larger and stronger.


try yoga - it is good for opening up all those areas, improving your energy level, it helps with anxiety and it will get all those areas well definied!
push up variations.

personally, i do regular push ups, knuckle push ups, push ups on my fingertips, push ups with raised feet, and end my workout by holding a push up position an inch off the ground while squeezing my abdominals for 3-5 minuites.

if your really good, try handstand push ups. i however, lack the balance nessecary for these.
