eat moreeeeeeeeeeeeee, and do exercising to gain MUSCLE, cuz muscle weighs more than fat.
just eat more not to much fat if you dont want to be to flabby (like me).
Dont eat hit the gym.
Check out the Michael Thurmond diet. He had the same problem and then invented this "diet". The food you eat will bulk you up. You won't get fat and you will be eating 6 meals a day.
Well, eat constantly and practice some sport like:soccer, or swimming.
