Please help?
My older brother has been having mild pain/pressure in his testicle/scrotum area. Nothing severe. What could be causing this, and what should I tell him to do? He is 16.

check for lumps. it could be epididymitis. in some cases, that could lead to testicular cancer. not trying to scare you or anything, but pain in your testicles, whether mild or severe, isn't normal. so have him get it checked out.
p.s. - for now, google "testicular pain" or "epididymitis" and see what you can find out.
