about how many push ups per day am i suppoed to do to get muscles real quick?

do 60 (three sets of 20), once a day. twice a week.

push yourself as hard as you can. at the point you consider failure, do another 5.

ignore what everybody else says. any more than twice a week will decrease the ammount of muscle gained.

approxamitally 50 push ups cuz its not to musch and not little so ya.
A thousand would be a good start. and that is before lunch.
200.5 sets of 20 in the morning and night
5 set up of twenty at morning and 5 set of twenty at night and after ten days increase five more in it.
