How can i get abs quick?

i mean like lean abs not those bulky one.

Eat more protein, lots of reverse crunches & situps.


go to a novelty store and buy some fake rubber torso to put over your real one! but seriously. there's no quick way to develop lean abs. it takes time, dude. you need to have a healthy diet, limit sugars, alcohol and fats, do exercises and workouts regularly that involve the torso (sit-ups, stomach crunches, etc.). do not do steroids or any other substance that claims to help you develop abs in mere days. take care of your body, and stay healthy.
walk a mile a week and then go 3or4 mile ect.
