well 4'8" i was 8-9 at that height and weighed only 99-105 and because of your height you should lose 14 pounds not really hard just exercise more often
bmi isn't the best way of telling.

weight doesnt matter as long as you're happy with your body. tbh you sould like a girl complaining about your weight (appologies girls)

some of the worlds best international rugby players are medically obese but you would say they have fine bodies.

the guidlines behind BMI are that it should apply to people over the age of 18 (ie. developed bodies).


I wouldnt worry about it an awful lot. your at a point where you will grow significantly. putting on a bit of weight doesnt matter an awful lot. just try and eat healthy and exerciose a bit, if you want to lose it.
Don't worry young man, that can still be what people call baby fat.

With exercise and when your hormones stuck your body, you will feel the changes.

As you get into high school, you will become more active and burn those fats.

One advise for you is just keep moving!
