Is taking a single Atenolol (to control he high BP) tablet harm full to health or sex or any side effects?

no side effects for the time being , you can enjoy full sex life. But if you also contracts heart disease, then those medicines do have side effects like loss of listening power, kidney damage etc. JUST keep in mind that BP and heart disease are two different things.

Atenolol is oral anti hypertensive,can cause fatigue ,extremities may become cold there may be slowing of heart rate,special precaution should be taken during pregnancy and lactation.
