Well, if you want to get really technical about it, girls DO get a sort of b*ner.because girls also have an erectile sexual organ aka the clitoris, which is developed from the same tissues as the penis of the boy. It's just not as clearly obvious because the clitoris is smaller in size than the penis (most of the time.there are always exceptions to every rule). But the clitoris does, in fact, swell up and get hard in response to the appropriate stimulation, just like the penis.
