Are there differences physically in ethnic groups?

Certainly.
Black people have shorter or longer or quicker-acting (or something) muscle fibers in their legs than other groups.
Native Americans of some tribes have teeth that are shaped differently from Europeans'.
Aside from obvious differences, like round or almond-shaped eyes, skin and hair color, hair shape, nose and lip shape and height and so on, there are genetic differences among groups. Tay-Sachs occurs only (or mostly, I'm not at risk, so I'm not sure) among Jews of certain ancestry. Sikcle cell anemia, among certain people of more recent African heratige than, for example Scandanavians.
My family, which is in some ethnic group or other, is very susceptable to cancers of many types. <shrug>
Of course people are different depending on their ancestry, and anscestry and ethnic history are exactly the same thing.
The only time that those differences (outside of disease) cause problems is when people assign VALUES to differences. But that's like saying night is better than day. In reality, both are just fine.

OMG! It never occured to me that you were asking about penis size! In my experience, small guys are a bit smaller and large (tall and big, not fat) guys a bit larger, just like their fingers or ankles would be. But don't forget that those little differences tend to mean a hell of a lot more to men than to their women.

To the common man the answer is yes. From a scientific point of view statistically there are no physical differences among racial groups, what's more science does not recognize human races.

current research seems to show that contrary to past beliefs, no ethnic side is held superior to another. Although genetic differences may be present, they do not generally favor one ethnicity over another. These results are significant because they can affect society at all levels. If there was a significant ethnic difference based on biology and genetics, then society could be affected in law and policies.
Of course there are, due to different diets, heredity, body structure etc. Just as there are different physical differences in all ethnic groups. We are all individuals and have individual characteristics.
For example the Mexican and PR's diet used to consit of mainly rice and beans so they were getting more protein say that peoples who ate a lot of fish. Thus had different body types etc.
Other than the shape of hair follicals, not really. You can find wide variations in all parts of the body.
There are some sub groups (Samoans of the Pacific, and Watusi of Africa) have for many generations selectively bred themselves to be very large (they believe that big is beautiful). The Samoans are just big, and the Watusi are very lithe and tall.
Some ethic groups are predisposed to certain characteristics but you can always find exceptions.
If you are asking about genitalia, ALL groups of men avg about 5-6 inches (12cms?). Some groups have tighter pubic hair so the Avg seems a little longer. Also some men, (from all groups), when in a flaccid state have their full length. Therefore when it is erect, it doesn't get any longer whereas others will double or triple in size.
Just date a few guys from different ethnic back grounds and do your own study..then no one can say you are a s l u t..because you are undertaking a scientific study.
