Serious question about my penis.please read?

I was wondering if something is wrong with my penis. Certain times of the day it feels very cold. I do not know why, it could be hot outside or something but my penis is cold. Also, my sack seems to be "drawn up" so to speak for the most part of the day .making it look like a I have small balls. But certain times a day they hang naturally and much bigger. But for the most part they seem to be drawn up. I don't know if the problems go hand and hand. Please help if you have any information on the subject.

Actually, your nuts and stuff are slightly cooler than the rest of your body. Your nuts will be drawn up to your body if it's cooler and they will hang looser if it's warm. But if you're really worried, you could call the doc. He'll tell you if you need to freak but I doubt it. I'm sure I've seen a lot more penises than you have and this doesn't sound like a big deal. :0)

Yeah that's all normal. The cold and hot is probably just the air temperature in that area at the time and about your sack being pulled up, it's your skin contracting. I'm not sure why it does it, it's normal.

See a doctor if you think it is a problem. I've never really heard of anything or experienced anything like this before.
i think u should visit a health clinic just to get a more professional check up. it may be nothing but u'll neva know without proper checks.
Testicles are sensitive to heat. The sac drops to cool off and raises during cold weather or if you are threatened with physical harm. The penis has blood flow constantly to keep it alive 24/7. If that flow is impeded the penis can get cold. Perhaps you should see a doctor, as it could mean you have a problem.

Even though you did not mention whether you get an erection or not, that blood that help to erect the penis fills two areas to make that happen and it is a different blood supply. Again, if you are worried, see a doctor.
what youre experiencing is normal. The body has its way of keeping the internal temperature of its organs to a certain level. The testicles (the balls) is one such organ that needs to be a little bit cooler that the rest of the other internal organs. that's why when it's hot, the scrotum (the skin covering the balls) hangs loose drawing the testicle away from the body. you should try to notice that when you have a fever, the balls hang loosely away from the body. on the other side, when it's too cold on the outside, the testicles withdraw and the scrotum shrivels making your balls seem small.

as simple sperms cant even withstand ur body temperture.
so wen surrounding is cool or warm scrotom pulls up or relaxes to adjust to temperature
