following things:-
1. Stop eating your food in large quantities in one meal ;
2. Eat a little and eat fruits and vegetables only ;
3. If you can, don't eat during lunch and supper times,

What I think " Eat a lot of fruits and drink alot of water to keep you away from getting hungry from time to time, eat alot but in six to seven small portions, and especially stay away from sugary stuff and don't forget to exercise (20 to 30 min. cardio every day and alots of crunches or sit-ups) and In ten to 12 days you'll see the difference. That's what I think, the rest depend on You. Don't eat anything after 8 or 8:30 P.M, if you feel hungry try one apple or any fruit and a lot of water
The proper answer is excersise etc BUT more often than not you can reduce (not get rid of though - that does take excersise etc) the size of your belly by cutting out beer and drinking (beer contains yeast which actually bloats you - hence the term beer belly). That should take a few inches off your waist if not more, try cutting out beer for a month and see what happens, after that month excersise to reduce further.
