Opinion - Is it bad for a man to watch porn?
If I just like to watch regular [non-violent] porn to enjoy it and get off, is that okay or unhealthy?

It's still not a great idea. Your expectations get shaped by watching that stuff, and reality may seem pretty tame by comparison, just like a real wrestling match seems bland compared to the theatrical stuff. A lot of guys feel inadequate when in fact they are totally normal because they don't look/perform like the fantasy figures in porn.
There's also a moral component. By watching it you support its production and distribution, which is often very unsavory and sometimes out-and-out criminal. And it's almost always demeaning to the people shown.
Real life is so much better! Don't make yourself dissatisfied with reality by watching this garbage.

The only time that porn could be bad is if it is taking over your normal recreation and relationships.
