How do i become more physically fit?
I am 17 years old and i know it might sound stupid but i think that i need to become more physcially fit. in the past i have felt that my body is becoming weaker and my back and shoulders keep aching. i do lot of sitting down stuff like watching tv and studying..i swim once a day and eat mainly junk food..any tips?

STOP EATING MAINLY JUNK FOOD! Jeez. Your diet is the single most important thing in determining your health and fitness. Where do you think those muscles you want to get are going to come from? Candy bars and fast food? Get a clue.
Since you just want to gain strength I'd concentrate on weightlifting. Swimming is actually very good too. I'd continue doing that and read some books on how it can be used to build strength.

What do you want to be fit for? General fitness can be improved by strength, agility and endurance training. Should may try to achieve height and weight goals and keep a healthy diet also. That is also a part of fitness. Be careful of your form when you are still. Don't lift large weights to keep fit. As you move more you can take on more fat until you decide to reduce movement as you get older. Swimming is an excellent exercise overall. Do you want to do more land lover activities?
Land exercise is different than swimming. It requires bulking more muscle because you defy gravity more often in land activities when lifting objects. Form Form Form and prepare yourself for that activity that you want to perform in your movements.
