What is the most effective workout for abs?
Besides dieting,situps,crunches.Cant you do other excercises that work the abs?

situps be the number one hand down! crunches, lougning, blah blah blah dont work out your entire abs! crunches only do half of the msucle since u are not doing a full motion etc.. so when do situps make sure u do it FULL to ur knees and dont use ur hands for support! dieting depends on metabolism blah blah n how fat u r

Here's one, find a bar you can comfortably do pull-ups on and just switch to slow leg raises instead. It hurts at first but really works those muscles. After about 10 straight lifts start lifting towards the side a few reps each.
Abs are probably the most coveted muscle group and, unfortunately one of the most difficult to work. The only way is a combination of a sound diet and exercise program consistently over a period of time. And diet is 80% on the game! You must have inspiration, motivation, self-disicpline and eat "clean". Abs are ny favorite muscle group to work and I follow the "Ab Boot Camp" which you can check out at:
