I feel like needle in my body some times and I don't know why?

It could be a number of things depnding on where in the body you are getting the sensation.

Probably a nerve. I wouldn't worry about it. You could go mad worrying about all the things we get wrong with us. My philosophy is if I can get up and walk about then don't worry.
If you are worried then check your doctor asap.
