You are wrong! Straight guys DO admit they are looking at other guys' penises. But it all depends on the situation.
First of all, all guys get curious, when guys are teens and young no matter what any straight guy says, he had done comparing. A situation when a straight guy will admit staring is on a locker rooom. If he compares, and sees everyone else's smaller, very smaller, he'll proudly comment and brag about it. The reason most guys won't admit it is because when they did their comparing phase, they realized they are small or just plain average, they don't want to comment on being small, or just as average as everyone. Most guys who are aware they have a big penis will talk about it.

Yes, I've noticed this too. Straight men will size each other up in a gym - they may be as bold to look at a d*ck, but actually, they are checking out everything - height, build, weight, to see if you are a challenge or to see where they measure up compared to other men.
