switch across to St. Johns Wort. much better for you. try the tea at night and if you are really needing calming down take from 200Mg's to 500 per day of capsules at night. no major side affects sexually. just have to be careful in sunlight, eyes and skin. I take the tea and capsule since I have P.T.S.D.
