husband has a dull pain that comes and goes in his right arm it has lasted a month can this be a heart attack?

i don't think so, since heart pains are rather sharp.but please consult a cardiologist, or any doctor instead of posting a question here

Probably not. A heart attack symptom is usually the left arm, going up into the jaw. It could be many things such as strained muscle, pulled muscle, bursitis (although that is usually extremely painful). He should have it checked out to correct whatever is causing the symptoms.
