Sex is not essential, however it is on most men's mind nearly all of the time.

People just want to believe so. In my view, i think and know it is not. I mean noo one has ever died due to a lack of sex but people have died due to a havin too much with so many people they dont even know ie unprotected or whatever and have gt dzzes like HiV leading to death. So my friend the answer is No sex is nt essential for men or women or whatever. It is something two people who love each other should enjoy n nt something as a necccesity for life

noooooooooo guys dont have to have sex i use to belive when i was younger that is was but sex is just something the world does for no reason and people have been doing it for centries to create kids not for fun so i think it is upto you but i say no i am 20 and still a virgin and i have survived and in good health no diseases.. bless you
