Answers:
Ask your relatives when they achieved their full growth. They may have grown later, maybe 16-19. You also need to look at your relatives-all of them that are close relations: mother, father, brothers, sisters; also your parent's brothers/sisters, and your grandparents. If some are shorter, you have have inherited their shorter genes. I have a son who is 6'2; daughter who is 5'3; both are grown. My 10 yr old daughter is already 5'4 so she'll be quite tall---just depends on which genes influence your growth. Accept it, not much you can do about it anyway. Plus 5'10 is considered average height, though most guys that say they are 5'10 are lying--usually much shorter.
Hey my dear you are just fine 5 /10 is great just as long as you dont put on too much weight. you are doing great
milk (calcium) does promote strong bone growth. my brother was only 5'8 his freshman year - he was 6'3 when he graduated - 3 inches taller than my dad!! just eat healthy!
you still should grow some more but 6 9 is pretty big or big enough. Growth happens in spurts and stops but you already did the fast growing and now the process slows down then stops, hopefully. You don't want to keep growing; it is a painful condition called achromegaly and you don't want it.
If you are female, you have probably reached your maximum height. If you are male, you will most likely get another growth spurt before you're 20.

Doctors Order Up Milk!
To help encourage parents to remind their kids to drink milk and eat healthy during critical growth years as well as to promote a healthy body image, the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) and the National Dairy Council are teaming up to launch the "Get Up and Grow" program. This national effort, designed to reach parents and kids through pediatricians and other child health professionals, was launched this October for Child Health Month, at the American Academy of Pediatrics 2000 Annual Meeting in Chicago.
CHICAGO (October 26, 2000) - A new national survey of boys and girls ages 8 to 12 reveals that growing tall and strong is actually last on their list of what's top of mind1. This lack of focus on proper growth is no joke given that children of all ages are falling short of key nutrients that could jeopardize bone health and potentially impact growth.
