How to overcome depression and avoid angry mood ?
I am 58 year old.feel financial insecurity.I am working at present 10-12 hours in day.I am short tempare person.Now family respondibity.We are husband and wife staying together.Financial burdon of housing loan.No secured job.

Relieve financial stress someway. That may mean moving to a less expensive home. That may mean cutting down on other expenditures.
Your health (both physical and mental) is more important than you remaining in a home you cannot affort right now.

I overcome depression by remembering a very funny scene from a movie, or something funny that happened to me in the past, and I always find myself a bit better. Just try to think of something funny, whether it's a memory or a joke you've heard.
If you feel your short fuse creeping up on the stick of angry dynamite, just close your eyes, take a deep breath, and relax. If that doesn't work/you've tried it already, then try channeling that anger into sadness; don't be angry at whatever it may be, but feel depressed and sorrowful and sad. Then attack your depression with the methods I stated above.or using anything that works for you. But whatever happens, never take your anger out on any living thing, from a worm on the street to your closest friend. Whenever I'm angry at someone, I just clench my fists, look away from the person (subtly, of course), and let the anger sink into me, and pretty soon the feeling passes. Just remember, emotions we feel are caused merely by chemicals in the brain, and nothing more. Just think of it as a "battle" against those chemicals, and that you win if you can overcome the temptation of following up on the emotions they make you feel.
i'd do two things:
1. you and your wife should see a finance counselor. there are many agencies available at very minimal cost. they will design a plan to unload your financial burdens so that life is not that difficult. they really work.
2. i suggest you see a psychiatrist (he can prescribe medication) to discuss your angry moods. anger is depression turned inward and there is medication that can regulate the brain chemicals that cause depression. if you've never been to a psychiatrist, it's not as scary as depicted in the movies of the 50's-70's. You're not going to end up in a psychiatric hospital. the doctor will simply listen to your concerns and undoubtedly prescribe a medication to boost your serotonin levels. he/she will want to see you on a regular basis (to monitor your medicine intake and mood improvement). follow his/her advice carefully. do not stop taking the medication until you or your doctor feel it is appropriate. don't stop cold turkey. most psychiatric drugs need
a slow weening process. otherwise your body could go into seizures. Best of luck>

life offers every one, what he deserves. every one has problem, its the way v take it that makes the difference. thinking of the same problem wont fetch u a result, our future is unevitable. try to make others happy, u will b happy too.
Security of job is something one cannot guarantee of.You find yourself another means or perhaps start writing short stories or articles and publish them.In fact check the TIMES OF INDIA there was one such advertisement which entertained such writing.Many people have earned lakhs of money in such a way.In this way you will be happy and you may not be as angry.You won't have to work for long hours also.
