Slight itch in penis while not urinating. Terrible burning sensation during urination. Is it definitely UTI or is there an STD with these symptoms? Also, will UTI go away without treatment? I have had sex recently, however the burning/itch did not begin until probably a week later.

You really need to consult with your doctor who is qualified, trained, and licensed to give you medical advice. People on this site are not. Good luck.
Chow!!
Go to the doctor if you think you have a STD. Better safe than sorry.
Best to get tested at a clinic.
Sound like STD to me, but I could be wrong. either way go to Dr.
Either way you need a doctors help...they both require an antibiotic
