Isometric Excercise?

Can you please give me a good link, where I can learn about Isometric ecercise. I want to know that which are the excercise, dos and donts, how many repetations, how many days a week, which food is better etc..etc.. Thanks..

www.bodybuilding.com has all the work-outs you want, isometric wise there are no real reps you just tense your muscles for as long as you can like it can be pretty boring like just do bench presses and barbell curls etc.
