19yr old , male , needing advise on vitamin or food supplements?
but i understand what i am doing is not very healthy for my body , and with a long line of family health issues i would like to know what kind of supplement (perferably a shake or sometihng i drink because i am not found of pills ) would benifit me best . i have heard of something called Ruby Red and was consiering that.
but i figued it would be best to try and get some real peoples opinions first

Vitamins just are in the food we eat.
Why should you use food supplement while you just are eating one time in a day then?!
Try to have normal and regular nutrition - with breakfast - lunch and dinner. Important is starting day with an abundant breakfast while dinner even could come by fruits or vegetables only (vitamins & minerals).
I don't know how tall you're but 140 pouds seems too few at 19.
Eat more and better and you wont need to take any supplements or shakes.
