best excerise for six pack?

Don't want to change diet or anything, want to do it through excerise. Can 100-200 sit ups everyday eventually get me a 6 pac?

You need to burn the fat around the muscle to make the muscle "Show" more. I would recomment high intensity cardio
programs along with a mild ab workout.
You don't want to change diet but that might be key. If you eat terrible foods all the time, alot of fast food you are not going to beable to excercise enough to beable to get at a low enough body fat that your abs will show. situps will help shape, strengthen the muscles but not make them show through fat. You need to add some form of cardio into the mix.
