It can be uncomfortable, they use a gliding Gel and it is cold so you will feel it, they are usually slow and do not jab you, yes all they have to really do is feel your prostate which is located about one full inch inside your rectum, and in the front. they will roll their finger around it, and check for lumps and hardness. I don't find this to be pleasureable although some people do. One thing to keep in mind is that it is only a few seconds long and you have to just relax and swallow a little pride.For the most part it feels like a bunch of pressure, as if your were bloated. It's not too bad but you GOT to relax, and let him enter you. Just visualize that you are in prison and hairy bubba is about to pound your hole and if he doesn't get what he wants, he will twist your neck.

JUST TELL your doc to go slow, they like sticking their fingers up fast and sometimes you clinch and that makes it worse.

Trust me, girls chalk it up to mammograms, so chalk it up too, be a man but not too rigid, the more you relax the better.
