I have a flat problem, plzzzzzzzzzzzz help?

i m sevsnteen n gonna b a model so m workin out at the gym well the problem with ma bod is that i m a lil too flat asin parts like ma chest n but r falt i have been workin out on it but they dont really develope even by bisecps r not very developed on the other had i have a flat stomach with cuts n muscular legs but ma chest but n bisecps have to develope ma trainer instructs me but it dosent really work much .i m 5.8feet tall so i cant6 really do heavy weights or it will way down ma height .can any one plz help me out here

Who said more weight will weigh down your height? It will tank you up. That's the answer... make sure you go to the gym every two days and stack on the weights... the trainer is handy to make sure you don't do anythign wrong. Tell the trainer that you have these concerns and he/she will solve your issues for you. BTW.. it's got to burn so don't complain when the trainer says three more to go.
Hows your diet? Do you eat enough? Try working some cardio into your reigime.
