i don't know how you look like or how your body works.

i think you should know it. do you put on weight by eating a lot of fats or eating meat or potatoes or rice.

oh, something i learn. try to go to bed with a full stomach and just sleep.

you might have a belly that bulges out.

but seriously, talk to people who really know you, your family members, especially your mom. she knows your eating habits the most.

take care and dont worry about weight. keep a balance between healthy and food that you think it is ok to eat for a while.

exercise a bit, play your favorite sport. if you are not sure, experiment a bit. try sports that dont require much to buy to enjoy the sport. soccer or just jogging.

drink a protein shake with one or two regular meals per day. don't overdo it from the start or it will become fatty & give you those yucky purple stretchmarks that guys get on their chest & upper arms & back. Well, OK, i don't think a couple protein shakes are going to make u so big you'll get stretch marks, but i gotcha covered just in case :)

You would want to eat a diet that is full of carbs. Eat a lot of pasta, bread and other high carb things..oh yea don't forget the chocolate.

You have to increase your caloric intake. Instead of the usual 2000 calories per day eat closer to 3000. My question is, why would you want gain weight?
first try to increase your meals. eate choclate, ice cream and sweat things and try to eat for example ice cream after your lunch imean after ur each meal eate something sweat. fish tune, Pasta are good meal for gaining the waite. 2 eggs a gay (just white part) would be good. eatebread and rise with your meals. OH! dont forget drinking Bear!that works i promise.
