That sounds right for your age. You'll stop growing by the time you're 25 or so for sure, but maybe sooner than that. It depends on when you started growing. 5' at 13 is good and above av for a dude your age ! ! All guys grow different some fast and some slow you may find that you will grow until your around 16, but you may also keep growing up-to the age of 20's.
