At that age it will not improve anything. In the United States it is ten dollars a pill and requires a prescription. Cialis is better.
It would not be a good idea for your friend to take Viagra.I personally had a friend take it he was 30 ,the poor boy had a heart attack and has not been right since.Your friend is young what's wrong with his sex life other than not getting enough.If ti ain't broke don't fix it.
