I would say a fair price is from $8 to $12. It would depend on where you go. If you like the haircut and service, a tip would be nice.

I tip if I like the cut
12 or 13 depending on where I go. I tip two bucks.
for a guy 6 or 7 quid n no of course not
for a guy 10-15 with tip
I pay $15.00 and a $5.00 tip.
I pay 10 dollars and I like the cut I will tip 2 to 3 dollars
