anyone know why someones breath would smell like rotten eggs when they burp.. this is for real. is he sick?

Answers:
In order for your stomach to beak down food, it contains hydrochloic acid. This gives off a "rotten egg" stench.

sounds like this person has a sour stomach give him some tums or rolaids it will get rid of it
Certain foods contain enzymes that cause bad breath.
What did he eat? Does he brush?

A couple things you can do for chronic bad breath: Always floss. It is a pain, but it makes a huge difference. And use a tongue scraper every day. This gets the bacteria off your tongue. You will truly be amazed by the difference that alone will make.

And obviously, I hope he's brushing his teeth at the very least 2 times a day.
that is a good indication of an intestinal virus, he is probley not going to feel well the next couple of days
he could have an upper gi problem or it could be as semple as he just has gas from what ever he ate to fix this you could drink some baking soda and water
tht is GROSS! He probably is in great need of some probiotics, does he take medicine on a regular basis? If so, its possible the meds have hurt his gut.
If the person is also experiencing sharp stomach pains, and has not had their appendix taken out yet, yes I do know. Its appendicitis, that smell is the poison building up in the body and exiting through a burp or fart, to be frank.
Sounds like a drug addict
No he's not sick. It's because he ate something with some sulfur in it (and that's not particularly harmful).
If that person smells continuously, maybe tooth decay.
If only when burps, stomach infection, lack of water.
Yes it could be the first signs of strep throat. My son just got out of the er with the same rotten egg breath. It could also be an upset stomach.
